3, Zinc Phosphate coat
4, Clear water rinse 
5, Non chromate seal 
6, clear water rinse 
7, Drying oven ready for paint. 
8, Fully primed with zinc rich primer powder and curing at 200 ºC 5 minutes.
9, black powder coating and curing at 200 ºC 10 minutes.
10, cross cut test for adhesion, coating thickness test, color match test.
